WHY AM I UNABLE TO ACCESS FREE INTERNET?

Make sure you’ve already installed Molecool, then proceed to Register, Verify your account and Sign In first.

I’VE ALREADY REGISTERED, BUT I'M STILL UNABLE TO SIGN IN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once you’ve registered, make sure to verify your Molecool account first via SMS or email.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please wait and give it a few minutes, or you can check your junk/spam folder.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY SMS VERIFICATION CODE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Be sure that the number you input is correct. You can only receive the SMS when your cellular data is on. Activate your account through email notification as an alternative.

I’VE FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS BUT I’M STILL UNABLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET, WHY IS THIS?

We advise you to recheck the flow and make sure you haven’t missed out on any steps in the process. You could also be outside our network coverage. Don’t hesitate to contact us and let us know the details of your complaint.

CAN I SIGN IN TO MULTIPLE DEVICES?

Yes you can, as long as you have Molecool installed on your device and your Molecool account is active.
